We create stories which fit into three broad categories:
- Data-driven: this uses data from a public source such as government statistics, Google, Ahrefs and many more to create a piece of research which reveals or ranks something.
- Reactive: this responds to a relevant event in the news agenda to offer an interesting insight based on reaction to it.
- Expert commentary: this approach offers advice or insight into a relevant topic, positioning the client as an authority in the field, and can either use pre-existing content, for example from your website’s blog, or be newly created.
We will do at least one piece of original research to publish on your site.
FAQ:
Do you have any minimum guarantees?
Yes, as below:
- Minimum guarantee of 10-15 links per campaign with at least 2 high tier links
- High tier link criteria is DR 70+, and 1 million+ Similarweb traffic.
- Minimum criteria to be considered a link: DR 30, Ahrefs Traffic 1000, Similar Web Traffic 20,000
Each campaign is expected to take 3-4 months to fully deliver. The first 3-4 weeks will be spent creating the content and getting it published on your blog. The following months will be spent pitching and promoting the story.
How do you approach nofollow vs dofollow?
Large publishers like Inc, Forbes and Huff Post are more and more using nofollow links as a blanket rule. To address this growing trend, Google changed its definition of what a nofollow link means in 2019, going from outright ignoring them to considering them as hints. To account for this growing trend, while still ensuring the links that count are meaningful, any nofollow links must be DR50+ to count as a link.
